Location is convenient, with a short walk to popular areas and a nearby train station. The modern design of the hotel is fresh and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful, and could speak English.
The bathroom had a strong smell of urine, especially in the bathtub. There was limited space to hang or put things, and there were no towel hooks behind the door.

The location was perfect, close enough to Kobikicho for convenience but far enough for a peaceful sleep. Clean bathrooms and well-appointed rooms for a comfortable stay. Great for backpackers with limited space but no compromise on beds.
Felt warmly welcomed and had no complaints.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance to many popular attractions. We also appreciated the cleanliness and well-maintained hotel facilities, including the on-site cafe and convenient parking options. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the entire property. The location near several metro stations made it incredibly easy to travel to all the different parts of the city. The service from the staff was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure that all of our needs were met. The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient, and our room for three had plenty of space with a rather comfortable bed. Additionally, the welcome drinks upon arrival and breakfast included in our stay were a fantastic bonus.
There was one minor aspect that could be improved upon, but overall, everything was okay.

My room was upgraded for free and it was spacious, modern and stylish with great amenities. The location is convenient, near Shinjuku's main area and close to metro stations. The staff was amazing and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, close to train stations and within walking distance to popular tourist attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with nice bathroom facilities. The staff is professional and accommodating. They provide some complimentary amenities, such as pajamas and a simple breakfast. the hotel is environmentally conscious, offering keep-cups for travelers and an affordable in-house laundry service.
